"Order mix-up left me frustrated"
I was already feeling mentally drained, so it was frustrating to open my order and see the wrong items were sent. I really just wanted things to be simple and correct. The order accuracy definitely needs some work

"Refund came through, but it took too long"
I had to return an item and, to be fair, the return itself wasn’t that difficult. But the refund took way longer than I was expecting, and I really don’t have much patience for waiting around when the item’s already been sent back. Support did reply eventually, but not exactly quickly. It all got sorted in the end, but the waiting was annoying.

so Darby Dental was okay overall, but a few of the items I needed weren’t in stock. The ordering process was still easy enough, so it wasn’t a huge hassle

Just a heads up for anyone signing up—keep a close eye on your billing. I was charged the wrong amount, and even after reaching out, my account still hasn’t been corrected. Hopefully it gets sorted soon, but I’d definitely recommend checking your statements and saving any messages or receipts just in case.

"Not a whole lot to choose from"
The selection was thin. I went in looking for a few basic things and couldn’t even find those, so I just gave up and ordered from the usual other place. Not exactly a one-stop shop, if you ask me.

"Left Feeling Frustrated"
I never heard back from customer service, which put me in a bad mood. I kept having to call again and again just to try to get an answer, and it got really frustrating fast.
"Not worth the price!!!"
I ordered a few dental supplies from darbydental.com, and honestly... I was let down!! For what they charge, I expected the items to feel a lot sturdier, but a couple of them came across as cheap and flimsy??? Definitely not the quality I had in mind.
One product even looked kind of poorly finished right out of the box, which was super disappointing!!! Maybe I just ended up with a bad batch, who knows... but based on this order, I’m probably not going to order from them again anytime soon.

"Couldn’t even get a basic thing done"
I was just trying to find a few items and get through checkout, but the whole site made it way harder than it needed to be. The search kept showing weird results, pages were slow to load, and checkout wasn’t very clear. It felt like a basic request was being ignored by the website at every step. Maybe it’s fine if you already know exactly how to use it, but I got frustrated and eventually just gave up...

"Shipping was slower than I expected"
I ordered some supplies thinking they’d arrive in a reasonable amount of time, because I really did need them quickly. The shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected, and there weren’t clear updates for several days, so I kept checking the status myself. I don’t think I was being impatient, I just needed to know what was going on, especially since these were things I was counting on. Overall, not the best experience if you need your order fast

"Good selection, but the pricing gives me pause"
I’ve ordered from Darby Dental a bunch of times, and from a day-to-day ordering standpoint, it’s usually smooth. They carry most of what I need, which is convenient. The issue I keep running into is the pricing. After comparing a few regular items I buy, I’ve been finding the same products cheaper through other suppliers, sometimes even before factoring in shipping. So while the experience of ordering is fine, the cost makes it harder to stick with them. I’d be more likely to use them consistently if they matched prices more often or offered better deals.

"I’m not sure if they were just busy..."
I’m not sure if they were just busy or if something got mixed up on their end, but getting help from the sales rep was frustrating. The replies took a while and when I did hear back, I still didn’t really have the answers I needed. I ended up just trying to piece things together myself, which wasn’t great. Overall, not the best experience.

"Getting equipment support was unbelievably slow"
I had a frustrating experience with the equipment service. I’m absolutely sure I spent way more time waiting than anyone should have to. The calls didn’t seem to lead anywhere, and I just felt stuck while something in the office needed to be fixed quickly. Definitely not the kind of support I expected.
